| Text | In Seas of Havoc, 1-5 players engage in naval skirmishes and compete for the most infamy. Players will select a unique hero and ship, combining their cards into a unique deck of Naval maneuvers, cannon fire, and abilities. During the island phase, you will send out skiffs to worker placements to gain resources, flags and purchase cards to improve your deck. During the sea phase, players will play out their hand of cards to maneuver their ship; navigating obstacles, searching shipwrecks and firing cannons at their opponents.
