Delivery: as slow as you'll allow (20k per day?) Timing: it can start whenever I've paid and tracking is set up. Geographic restrictions preferred: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Utah, Arizona If that is not possible or raises the cost substantially, I'd be happy with the 48 states. If not that, then restricted to the US only or at most to North America. We only ship to North America, so advertising outside of the US, CA or MX is wasted impressions.
