As per the email on the 18th November: "How about to overcompensate you for the error, you schedule an $800 campaign to start when late pledges open: 500,000 site-wide impressions and a Sidekick. You can schedule it in the ad portal as usual, and just include a note that this is make-up for the Sidekick error, and I won't invoice for it." Thank you very much for this, it is appreciated.
